History: Rolito is the top Amalgam agent in Europe. He answers directly to the enigmatic Mr. Silver and is given great leeway to accomplish his orders.
His origins are unknown. It is highly likely that “Rolito Miranda” is a fake name. He is definitely Asian and suspected to be of the Malay race. He has been ID’d by various European police agencies as arms dealers “Colonel Dao Ren Shiu” and “Remue Dadaam Herumet”, though no-one has yet to connect those cover identities to each other or to Rolito himself.
Personality: The man known as Rolito Miranda paints a very confusing portrait of himself. Even those who believe they know him well often run the risk of incurring migraines, ulcers and even strokes when attempting to predict the motives behind his actions.
Certainly he is known to be dangerous. Rolito is an efficient and ruthless operator who will do anything to get the job done. From training cyborg hit kids, to hijacking an oil tanker, to kidnapping pregnant girls, he has left a trail of death and devastation in his wake whenever he surfaces. No-one in their right mind wants to tangle with him.
Yet he has alternatively shown a tendency to act cheerful and lighthearted even on business hours. It sometimes comes to the point that he seems more dangerous to his allies than his enemies, so carefree he seems.
Even stranger, he often extends a friendly courtesy bordering on sympathy or even outright compassion to his foes and prisoners. And he means it, to the point of openly declaring himself a romantic and making highhanded promises that he somehow always keeps to the very letter.
Make no mistake, though. Rolito knows his priorities. He leads from the front without fear or disdain. To his few friends, he is the epitome of dependability and loyalty. For those he considers family, such as his young wards Giuseppe and Elena, he will gladly kill everyone in his path. After all, anyone can die for their loved ones. But only the truly formidable can make the poor dumb bastard on the other side gladly die for his loved ones.
psychological Profile: Very difficult to analyze, considering much of Rolito’s confusing personality shifts are probably acts to confuse his foes (and even his friends). He does have a set of core values he keeps hidden and rigidly adheres to, but as he keeps this to himself, there is no telling what he truly feels.
Habits: Announcing that he has a plan and assuring his allies that it is brilliant (which leads those who know better to groan). Lambasting Intelligence, R&D and the French in no particular order.
