History: Giuseppe hails from the town of Matera in the Basilicata Region of Southern Italy. He is the only son of an impoverished but idealistic Italian soldier. After his father died in a peacekeeping mission, his mother married his father’s best friend and bore Giuseppe’s half sister Elena.
Giuseppe’s mother and stepfather died in a freak gas explosion at their apartment. Elena was critically injured and placed on life support. Desperate to save his sister, Giuseppe joined Amalgam as the cyborg assassin Unit 01 of Project Child in exchange for Elena’s medical treatment. Rolito Miranda, who scouted out and recruited him, became his handler.
His first mission was the elimination of an entire team of Section One commandos. Next, he helped Rolito and a small number of CRG terrorists engineer the Mirasol Crisis. While outnumbered by Section Two’s cyborgs and plagued by bad luck, Giuseppe performed well in combat. He met and fought Henrietta to a standstill, but spared her life and in turn was allowed to escape. He has since become attracted to his otherwise foe.
After undergoing repairs, he went to Afghanistan to train with mercenary Arm Slave pilot Canon Memphis. He returned with a brand new Codarl E to assist Rolito and Elena in kidnapping Triela.
Personality: While his body had undergone a chilling transformation into a humanoid weapon, Giuseppe himself has more matured than outright changed. He remains a sympathetic person, even to certain “enemies” of note, always ready to lend a hand or smile as needed.
He looks up to Rolito as a father figure but is prone to dismay over his sensei’s more flamboyant ideas, having witnessed such plans backfire spectacularly when least expected.
While never bloodthirsty, he does act coldly during missions in order to ensure his success and survival. He is also difficult to enrage unless his family is endangered.
His favorite ice cream flavor is vanilla with hot fudge.
psychological Profile: Simplistic. Giuseppe’s world is centered upon his loved ones, especially his sister Elena. He justifies everything he does for Elena’s sake, treating his missions as jobs and banishing nightmares by invoking his sister.
Henrietta has proved to be a very destabilizing influence on him. He will hesitate with regards to her, even in a combat situation.
Habits: Taps the hilt of his kukri when bored.
